I confess I am a scale watcher. I like to know if what I am doing is working. On Saturday I started Medifast. I weighed myself when I first woke up. Did the program all day long mind you I was STARVING all day long. (This is only for the first 3 or so days.) Drank my water and then woke up Sunday morning and weighed myself. I was down 5.7lbs. DID YOU SEE THAT 5.7lbs. In 1 freaking day. YEAH. Yes that does seam like a large amount for 1 day. The first week you are on Medifast you always have big numbers because you are flush all the extra stuff out of your system with Medifast. Then I go to weigh myself on Monday and my darn scale battery had died. AHHHHH. Needless to say everytime I go out I forget to grab the battery so I know what kind it takes. I really need to head out today to get one because I can’t wait to see what the scale holds for me.
So needless to say I am past the 3 day hump of feeling like poo with Medifast and onto the next phase of TONS of energy. OH YEAH I forgot I haven’t had any soda or caffeine since Friday, and no headaches to go with it. Finally it might have been kicked. Here is hoping.
If you have any questions about Medifast please ask. I was on this program before I got pregnant with Paisley I know it works and I believe in it.

Wow! Nice work! 5.7 pounds in one day!!! That’s awesome!!!
Thanks. It is getting so much easier every day.
So how much does that cost? I have a small window to lose some weight before starting the baby dance again. I want to lose a lot fast – but being healthy and smart too. I have about 4-6 weeks. Would it work in that time period? (I figure I’d also continue it post baby.)
With Medifast you can loose some weight quick. As of today I have lost a total of 9.7 lbs since Saturday. I am so excited.
Medifast runs right around $300 a month.
Good luck with the baby dance. I had to take fertility drugs with my oldest to. Is all I had to do with the last to is go on Medifast NO JOKE. I always joke and say the only side effect of Medifast is pregnancy.
Shoot me an email if you have any questions. I love to share about the program.

WOW! That is amazing! And my biggest challenge is going to be getting rid of the caffeine & soda on a permanent basis. I’ve been weaning myself off slowly. watching the Plus Size Bloggers is REALLY inspiring. I’ve kinda been hanging back watching – and just wanted to tell you thanks for sharing your journey. It makes me want to be brave!
Thanks so much. It is hard to be honest. I have slipped a few times. But it will be so worth it when all the extra pounds is off. Good luck. Let me know if you start posting I would love to follow your journey.
